  • Specific settlement terms

  • Cooperation from another party

  • Processing times by any court or government agency

 

Every case is unique, and outcomes depend on circumstances beyond our control.

Court Processing Delays

 

Court processing times vary and are outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Court backlogs

  • Registry delays

  • Judicial availability

  • Government agencies

  • Third parties

  • Incomplete information supplied by clients

 

Any timelines provided are estimates only.

Spouse or Partner Cooperation

 

Certain services require cooperation from another party.

We cannot guarantee that:

  • A spouse will sign documents.

  • A spouse will respond.

  • A spouse will cooperate.

  • A spouse will comply with agreements.

 

Lack of cooperation may affect your ability to complete the intended process.

Fees and Refund Policy

 

Because Divorce 911 Services provides professional services and administrative work, fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

Refunds will not be provided because:

  • A spouse refuses to participate.

  • A spouse refuses to sign documents.

  • A client changes their mind.

  • A client decides to retain legal counsel.

  • A matter becomes contested.

  • A court declines or requests revisions to a filing.

Court Filing Fees

 

If a client prepays court filing fees and cancels before those fees have been paid to the court, Divorce 911 Services will refund only the unused court filing fees.

Service fees paid to Divorce 911 Services remain non-refundable.

Contested Matters

 

Our services are intended primarily for uncontested and cooperative matters.

If your matter becomes contested or legally complex, you may require legal representation.

Should this occur, Divorce 911 Services may recommend that you seek independent legal advice.

No refunds will be issued for services already provided.

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Divorce 911 Services, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

  • Use of our website

  • Use of our services

  • Reliance on information provided

  • Court decisions

  • Delays in legal proceedings

  • Actions of third parties

 

If liability is established, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Divorce 911 Services, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Information supplied by you

  • Your legal proceedings

  • Your interactions with third parties

Right to Refuse Service

 

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend service, or terminate service at our sole discretion, including where:

  • Information provided is inaccurate.

  • A matter exceeds the scope of our services.
